BASKETBALL
Adult City League Basketball is played at area school gymnasiums on Wednesday evenings. Teams may have up to 12 players on the roster. Referees are provided. This program is organized through Center Court Fitness Club and is open to the public.

CURLING
Learn to Curl program is for beginning and novice curlers and will focus on skill development, while working toward advancement into the USCA curling program. For ages 10 and up.

EXERCISE AND FITNESS
Exercise and fitness programs are available at Center Court Fitness Club. From Group Exercise and Fitness Classes to Personal Training and Pilates, Center Court Fitness Club can tailor a program that will best accomodate your schedule and personal fitness goals. These programs are offered free with a membership or you can pay for specific programs as you go. The Grand Forks Park District will organizes various adult recreational hockey leagues in the winter months. Bring all equipment the night of registration as play will start that night.

Racquetball 101
A 4-week lesson series for new or experienced players, emphasizing the basic fundamentals of racquetball.

Step by Step Walking Program
Enjoy the cold season walking the malls in Grand Forks. this program is for all walkers, from the serious to those who stroll for leisure. It's a great way to exercise and meet new people. Buses are available at certain pick-up points providing transportaion to and from the Step by Step locations. Sponsored by the Grand Forks Park District and the Columbia Mall.

SilverSneakers (CCFC)
A great class for the mature adult! You do not need to be a member at Center Court Fitness Club to enjoy this blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially orientated programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health.
Fun & Fitness Classes (CCFC)
Designed for people age 50+, but also a great place to start for any beginner. We offer the participants a variety of activities that will help improve their quality of life in an atmosphere that will energize.
Stretch Out Your Life (CCFC)
This class includes a 3-5 minute warm-up followed by the presentation of a variety of relaxing stretchs and poses that will refresh and energize.
SKATING
Group Lessons on evenings and weekends are available for pre-school age through adults. Skaters receive a 1/2 hour USFA basic skating lesson per week with a 15 minute practice time. Skaters can use the public skating sessions at the Blue Line Club Arena (your "Skate With Us" badge, given at your first lesson, is needed for admission to public skating).
Dates: Lessons will be taught Sunday afternoons, Thursday evenings
and Saturday mornings.

VOLLEYBALL - INDOOR COED
Adults may sign up a team or add your name to a list of players looking for a team to play indoor coed volleyball. Teams consist of three men and three women and up to ten players on a roster. This program is organized through Center Court Fitness Club.

TENNIS
Center Court Fitness Club offers various tennis programs to either brush up your skills or learn a new fun way to exercise. You do not need to be a member to participate. Program fees are required.
Adult Drill: This is our most popular tennis activity. A pro leads a group of players through a variety of on-court drills. Fun and great exercise!
Tennis 101: Never Played? Give tennis a try! Join one of our pros for a free adult introductory lesson followed by five one hour group lessons.
Cardio Tennis: Allows players of different ability levels to be on the court at the same time and get a great workout!
Adult Leagues: Allows players a chance to enhance their skills by playing in a league format.
