Dog Park
The dog park offers dog owners a safe, legal opportunity to exercise their pet off leash within the city limits. Current licenses are required for all dogs living within the Grand Forks city limits and are available at Grand Forks City Hall Finance Department from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Pet owner responsibility does not end inside the fence. Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by them.
