Keep the Ball Rollin’ is a four person “best ball” golf tournament held annually at King’s Walk Golf Course, with proceeds donated to the “Perry Nakonechny Youth Sport Fund”, a memorial fund supporting youth sports in Grand Forks held under the Grand Forks Parks & Recreation Foundation.
Perry Nakonechny (Nako) passed away at age 47 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Nako, a former Sioux Hockey Player, coached hockey at Grand Forks Red River High School and was also an educator in the school system for many years. He is remembered as a great teammate and even greater family man. Nako inspired many people, young and old. Through the Foundation, his legacy will live on and continue to impact area youth.
Join us for a great day of golf and help support youth sports!
