Bio girls is a self-esteem building program serving girls grades 2nd-6th. A BIO Girls site meets for 12 sessions, 90 minutes each – a session combining life-skill lessons, Christian non-denominational devotions, small-group mentoring, and non-competitive physical activity.

Youth Lacrosse

Grand Cities Lacrosse (GCLA)

 There is a club lacrosse team in Grand Forks called the Grand Cities Predators. This club includes multiple teams spanning from the U9 (1st/2nd graders) up to and including the Varsity team (High School).

Lacrosse season typically runs from April through June and there are also many summer/fall traveling season opportunities if you would like to play lacrosse year-round.

Border Blades Private Skating Club

Border Blades Figure Skating Club is affiliated with United States Figure Skating (USFS). Membership in the club enables youth skaters to compete in skating competitions and test according to USFS rules. Any level of skater may join.

Grand Forks Competitive Girls Fastpitch was started in 2005 with one 18 & under team and has since grown to include 14 different teams. The program’s main focus is to teach players the basics of the game of fastpitch softball and give every girl involved the best opportunity to improve her skills as a player and as person.

No Registration Required – Free!

6-9 yrs | 10-13 yrs

Hands on instruction for boys and girls ages 6 – 13.

Kids should bring glove. All other equipment will be provided. In case of inclement weather, clinic will be held at Eagles Arena.
