Youth Baseball
The Grand Forks Park District offers baseball programs for all boys who wish to participate. All boys in Grand Forks are eligible to participate and are required to play at the park nearest to their home. All participants must play in the league that corresponds to his age group, unless permission is granted by the Baseball Supervisor.

CAL RIPKEN MAJOR BASEBALL
11-12 Year Olds
The Forks Area Baseball Association invites all kids 11-12 years old to join in the fun of Cal Ripken Baseball in Grand Forks.
Season: April through June
Games: Wednesday night doubleheaders (6:00 PM) and some Sunday night doubleheaders in May.
Practice: Schedule by individual teams
Skills Assessment: April 8, 2008 (5:30PM) at Purpur Arena

CAL RIPKEN MINOR BASEBALL
9-10 Year Olds
The Forks Area Baseball Association will begin it's 3rd (2008) season of Cal Ripken Minor League Play.
- Parent coaching and managing
- Monday evening practices and games
- Jerseys and caps
- Team formation designated by players' school
Season: May - August, 2008
Games: Monday evenings at 6:00 PM
Practice: Monday evenings, prior to games
Register: TBA
Fee: TBA - will include insurance, league fees, jersey and cap
BABE RUTH BASEBALL
The Forks Area Baseball/Softball Association, in conjunction with the Grand Forks Park District, will begin it's 12th (2008) season of competitive play.
Babe Ruth Leagues:
- Prep League - 13 yrs. old (as of April 30, 2008)
- Babe League - 14 and 15 yrs. old (as of April 30, 2008)
Season: May - June, 2008
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:30 PM
