ARCHERY
The Grand Forks Park District through Youth NASP Archery provides an opportunity to experience archery. For more information, please contact Justin Uhlir, 218-779-5891 after 5 pm.
Location: Red River Archery Indoor Range
Sessions Start: Saturday, February 5, 2011 (6-week program)
Fee: $20 (Registration is Limited)
CURLING
Junior Curling is for beginning and novice curlers 10 years of age and up, focusing on skill development as well as advancement in the USCA youth curling program.
Sessions Begin: Monday, November 15, 2010 (4:00 - 5:15 pm) and Sundays (2:00 - 4:00 pm)

EXERCISE AND FITNESS

HOCKEY
The Grand Forks Park District's hockey program boasts one of the best development programs in the state, giving Greater Grand Forks youth an opportunity to develop their skills while competing in a high quality hockey environment. OPEN GYM
Supervised open gym is available for recreational activities for elementary, middle school, high school and adult age groups. Participants must provide their own equipment. No locker facilities will be provided. All participants must wear gym shoes. This program is co-sponsored by the Grand Forks School District.

RACQUETBALL
Center Court Fitness Club offers Junior Rollouts, Youth Racquetball Lessons. This program is designed to introduce youth to the sport of racquetball. If you do not have a racquet and eyegear, they will be provided.

SKATING
Group Lessons on evenings and weekends are available for pre-school age through adults. Skaters receive a 1/2 hour USFA basic skating lesson per week with a 15 minute practice time. Skaters can use the public skating sessions at the Blue Line Club Arena (your "Skate With Us" badge, given at your first lesson, is needed for admission to public skating).
Dates: Lessons will be taught Sunday afternoons, Thursday evenings
and Saturday mornings.

SOCCER
The Greater Grand Forks Soccer Club is offering an indoor soccer program to provide an opportunity for young athletes to play throughout the winter, one day each week. The program will be coached by licensed coaches from the Greater Grand Forks Soccer Club and will consist of age appropriate activities that focus on skill development, fun and enjoyment of the game. Center Court Fitness Club offers youth tennis programs throughout the winter months.
Star Tennis Academy: this is a Junior Lesson Program taught by our Pros, while level progression gives students a great opportunity to expand their skills.
