Description: Responsible for teaching of the basic fundamentals of skating to a variety of ages. Demonstrate proper use of equipment, techniques and methods of proper movements to achieve proficiency in activity. Explains and enforces safety rules and regulations. Responsible for keeping attendance/level records and keeping supervisors, District Office, and parents informed of activities and problems.

Experience: Prior coaching/teaching in skating program and/or working with young (elementary school age) children is preferred.

Minimum Age Requirement: 14 years

Hours: Monday and Sunday. Approximately 3 – 9 hours / week.

Salary: $12 / hour

Other: Must have completed Freeskate 2 in LST Program. This program runs November through March. Taking extended time off during this period is strongly discouraged and will not be guaranteed. Please check with supervisor.
