Ice Reservation Request form must be filled out prior to requesting ice time.

Submission of this Ice Reservation Request Form does not guarantee ice time. All requests are reviewed based on availability, priority scheduling, and operational needs. This form is intended as a REQUEST ONLY. Confirmation of ice time will be provided only after approval by the Grand Forks Park District Arena staff.
