Join us tomorrow for the Veterans Memorial Park Dedication Ceremony. Program is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm. If you cannot attend in-person, the event will also be livestreamed.

The 'Play Ball! Minnesota Youth Clinic' is coming back to Grand Forks this Saturday, August 7 with two FREE sessions!

Session #1 – 9:00 AM-10:30 AM
Session #2 – 10:30 AM -12:00 PM

Location: Apollo Complex
(In the case of inclement weather: Clinic will be moved indoors to Blue Line Club Arena)

Clinics are intended for boys and girls ages 6-12 and are scheduled to run 90 minutes. Participants can choose from two different clinic sessions - each session features the same instruction. Play Ball! Minnesota provides safe, youth-friendly, equipment. Youth participants are asked to bring their gloves.

Parks & Recreation Month Day 30!

As today, July 30th is the final day of Just for Fun for the year, it seems fitting to give the JFF summer kids camps a special shoutout for the penultimate day of our Parks & Recreation Month Celebration!

The Just for Fun program offers supervised playground activities for kids of all ages. With daily activities, group games, arts/crafts, field trips, and pool days, this fun annual recreation program lets kids make the most of summer days! JFF also celebrates the end of summer with a kid’s parade (featuring campers in group themed costumes) during our annual Family Fun Night event which took place last Tuesday night, July 27th.

Pickleball, considered a social and low-impact sport, that mixes parts of tennis, badminton, and table tennis can be enjoyed by young and old players alike. Try out this fun sport at one of our designated pickleball courts located at Symington and Abbott Complex.
