Greg has served on the Grand Forks Park Board since 2002 and was elected President in 2026. He is particularly proud of the Board’s work in developing Choice Health & Fitness, new parks, playgrounds, pools, spray parks and dog parks. Greg is a retired physical education teacher and a realtor for Crary Real Estate. He and his wife, Traci, have two children.

Russell has served as a commissioner on the Grand Forks Park Board since 2020 and was elected Vice President in 2026. Professionally, he is a Senior Major Account Executive with Midco, where he manages key accounts throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. He and his wife, Sonia, have two boys. 

Cody Bartholomew

Cody was elected to the Grand Forks Park Board as a commissioner in 2020. He is pleased with the Grand Forks Park District’s mission and is looking forward to seeing it grow in the future. Bartholomew works as a Mechanical Engineer with AE2S. He and his wife, Mary, have two children.

Terry Dvorak

Terry first served on the board in 2018, helped get through the COVID-19 period, previously was on the ICON Sports Center building committee as well as the Grand Forks Parks and Recreation Foundation, and was on the committee to promote and grow girls hockey. Reelected in 2026, Terry is looking forward to grow and improve the Grand Forks Park District as well as its employees. Terry works for Networking Specialist as an IT Help Desk specialist. He and his wife Mary have three children.

Jordan was elected to the Grand Forks Park Board as a commissioner in 2022. He is committed to maintaining and growing the Park District for all to enjoy for years to come. Jordan is a chiropractor at Sanford. Jordan and his wife, Betsey, have three children.
