NDAD Park is located in south Grand Forks near Discovery Elementary School. Formerly South Kiwanis Park, this beautiful community space features play equipment, basketball courts, a gaga ball pit, walking paths, and green space. A new fully inclusive playground is under construction and will be added to the park’s amenities list in late August!
NEW FULLY INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND COMING TO NDAD PARK IN LATE SUMMER 2026!
The Grand Forks Park District and NDAD are proud to announce the development of a new fully inclusive playground at NDAD Park, located near Discovery Elementary. This thoughtfully designed space will provide a welcoming environment where people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds can play, connect and belong.
The project, which started construction in early May, was made possible through a generous gift of nearly $1 million from NDAD to the Park District and reflects a continued commitment to accessibility, independence, and community inclusion in Grand Forks.
